What information is required for an advertiser account?

Only an email address and a password. Open dashboard.housingmarketads.com/register.html, enter both, accept the Terms and conditions and select Register now. Then confirm your email address with the link we send you.

A billing address and a card are needed only when you submit your first campaign for review. You add them under Billing & Payments, in Billing Profile.
