What are Housing Market API Insights?
Aggregated market data by place and period for the Advanced tier, coming soon. No Insights endpoint will return an individual person, agent, enquiry or listing.
Insights is coming soon and not live yet. When it launches, an Advanced key will be able to call six Insights endpoints:
- /v1/insights/search-volume
- /v1/insights/lead-volume
- /v1/insights/prices
- /v1/insights/property-counts
- /v1/insights/activity
- /v1/insights/market-data
Every figure will be an aggregate. A cell that covers too few underlying records to protect anyone’s privacy will be suppressed rather than returned, and no endpoint will return an individual person, agent, enquiry or listing. Third-party market data will appear only where we are licensed to pass it on, with its source named.
