What data can I retrieve?
Published property listings including location, price, size, key attributes, and images — plus a summary and full HTML description on the single-property endpoint.
The collection endpoint returns these fields for each published listing:
- id — the property identifier
- listing_type and property_type
- country, province, province_id, city, city_id, address and post_code
- latitude and longitude
- price, price_max and currency
- bedrooms and bathrooms
- living_area and living_area_sqm, lot_area and lot_area_sqm
- build_year
- published_date
- images
Areas are returned both in the listing's own unit and in square metres, and the two price fields let a listing carry a range rather than a single figure.
The single property endpoint returns the same fields plus two more, which are available nowhere else:
- summary
- description — the full HTML description
