How do I add a property and place it on the map?

Fill in the property

• Sign in and choose Properties → Add Property in the dashboard menu, or ADD LISTING at the top of the dashboard.
• Under Property Basic Information, enter the Property Title, choose the Property Type and pick a Listing Type: For Sale, For Rent, Vacation Rental or Co Living.
• Fill in Price and Property Details, and add at least three photos under Update Photos.
• Tick the Features and Appliances that apply.

Place the pin

• In Property Location, click the map where the property is. The pin moves there, and Latitude and Longitude fill in by themselves.
• To fine-tune the position, drag the pin. Zoom in first with the + button for a precise spot.
• If you already know the coordinates, type them into Latitude and Longitude and the pin moves to match.
• Type the Address, and choose Country, Province and City/District from their lists. The map does not fill these in for you.

Save or submit

Choose Save Draft to finish later, or Submit when the listing is ready. Cancel leaves the form without saving. To move the pin later, open Properties, choose Edit in the listing’s Action menu, and the map opens on the saved location.
