Can I manage my property listings?
You can keep a property in the CRM on any plan, and on Pro publish it to the portal for the country it is in. The CRM does not edit a listing that is already live, and a property you put away is archived rather than deleted.
A property can live in the CRM alone — a vendor you have signed but not launched, or something you are not ready to advertise. It stays private until you say otherwise, deliberately: a default of published would put a seller's address on a public marketplace because a form was submitted.
On Pro you can publish it, and it goes to the portal for the country the property is in rather than the country you are in, so a Spanish house reaches the Spanish marketplace. It enters that portal's normal approval queue like any other listing.
This answer used to say the CRM lets you manage your listings. It overstated it: the portal database is the source of truth for a listing that is already live, and the CRM holds its own properties and publishes into the queue rather than editing a live one in place.
Every listing link the CRM shows opens that listing on its own country's portal, whichever country you are in.
To add one, choose Add Property and fill in the form; you can save it as a draft and publish it later. See "How do I add a property in the CRM?".
Putting a property away
There is no delete. A property you have finished with is archived: it leaves My properties for the Archived view, and it keeps its address, its price, its photographs, its history and its links to the leads, deals and tasks that touched it. Restore puts it back. There is no time limit on that and nothing is waiting to erase it — an archive here is a place to put things, not a stage on the way to deletion.
While a property is archived you cannot edit it, publish it or take it live; restore it first. And archiving happens inside the CRM only. A property already published to a portal stays live on that portal exactly as it was, so if what you want is the advert taken down, take it down on the portal.
Bringing a portfolio across
Moving a whole portfolio across from a spreadsheet or an XML feed is a separate thing — the Importer add-on, which imports properties from CSV files and XML feed files inside the CRM for 29 USD per month on top of whatever plan you hold, including the free one. Every imported property arrives as a draft and nothing is published until you publish it.
