How does the AI listing writer work?
On Pro, Write with AI on the property form drafts a description from the details you have entered, in your portal's language. You read it, edit it and save it yourself.
- Open Add Property, or edit a property that is not live yet.
- Fill in the details — Type, Province and City, Price, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Living area and whether it is for sale or to rent.
- Under Description, choose Write with AI.
- Read the draft, correct it, then choose Save as draft or Publish.
The draft is written in the main language of your portal and goes into the Description field. If the Title is empty, it suggests one too. Nothing is saved or published until you choose to: a drafted description takes exactly the same path as one you typed. It is part of Pro; on the free plan the button shows a lock.
It writes only from what you entered. A draft that mentions a number not in the property details is thrown away, and the form says so — add the detail and try again. If the form says the AI writer is not available or did not answer, nothing was generated; try again in a moment.
