What is “Write it for me” in Housing Market Social, and does it use AI?
Yes. Write it for me is a helper in the New post screen that drafts post text and hashtags for each network you chose, in your language and tone. Nothing is posted until you read, change and use a draft.
Write it for me is a box in the New post screen. Say what the post is about in a few words, or choose one of your live listings, then choose a tone (professional, friendly, luxury or urgent), the language of the drafts and whether to add hashtags. Choose Write drafts and you get one draft for each network of the accounts you chose, already fitted to that network’s length limit. The drafts can be written in any of the seventeen languages.
Nothing is posted or scheduled by the helper. A draft goes into the text box only when you choose Use this text, and you can change every word. AI writes from what you gave it, so check every detail, such as places and numbers, before you post. A draft that contains a detail you did not give, or wording we do not allow, is thrown away and not counted.
When you start from a listing, only its title, place, type, rooms, area and key facts are used. Its price, its street address and its photos are never sent. Write it for me writes text and hashtags only; it does not make pictures or videos.
The box shows how many AI drafts you have used this month. If a monthly allowance is used up, the button is disabled with a message and it starts again next month; this answer does not state an allowance.
Write it for me is new, and Housing Market Social carries a Beta notice in Housing Market CRM: it works, and we would like to hear what you think. It appears only where your Social screen offers it. If you do not see it, it is not open for your account yet.
