How do I add a property in the CRM?

Choose Add Property, fill in the form — the portal's property types, the map pin and the price are on it — then choose Save as draft or Publish.

  • Choose Add Property at the top of the screen, or the + button on a phone.
  • Enter a Title and the Address. Picking a suggested address fills in the Province and City and places the pin; check that they are right.
  • Choose the Type. The list is your portal's own property types, such as Condo, House, Villa or Land.
  • Under Location on the map, choose Place on map if there is no pin yet, then drag the pin or tap the map to mark the exact spot.
  • Enter the Price. It is in your portal's currency unless you choose another, and it is never converted.
  • Add Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Living area and whether it is For sale or To rent, and a Description — or choose Write with AI on Pro.
  • Choose Save as draft to keep it in the CRM, or Publish to put it live on your portal.

Draft or publish

A draft needs only a title and stays in the CRM; it is not shown on the portal. Publishing needs a price, a province, a city where the province has cities, and at least three photos, added with Add photos — the first photo is the cover. Anything missing is marked on the form. Publishing is part of Pro; on the free plan you can still save the property in the CRM.

The form names the portal the property will be published on. You can publish a draft later from its page in My properties. A property that is already live on the portal cannot be edited in the CRM.
