What do All, Published, Pending, Rejected and Draft mean under Properties?
They are five filtered views of the same list of your listings, one per status, plus All.
Properties has five views. Four of them filter your listings by status and the fifth shows everything.
- Draft — saved but not submitted. Use Save as draft on the Add Property form when a listing is not finished. A draft is yours alone; nobody searching the portal can see it.
- Published — live on the portal, returned by search, and openable by anyone.
- Pending — held for a decision by our moderation team.
- Rejected — taken down by moderation. The Rejected view is the one to check if a listing has disappeared from search.
- All — your Draft, Published, Pending and Rejected listings together.
Only Published listings appear anywhere a property shopper can reach. Draft, Pending and Rejected listings are visible to you in your own dashboard and to nobody else.
A listing you have taken down is in none of the five, All included. Taking one down is not an archive you can go back to: the listing leaves Properties altogether, and if you want it advertised again you add it again. So if a listing is missing from every view, that is what happened to it — Rejected is where to look for one that moderation took down, and this is where to look for one you took down yourself.
Submitting does not put a listing in a queue
A listing you complete and submit is published immediately. It does not wait to be approved, and you do not need to do anything else to make it live. Pending and Rejected record decisions moderation makes about a listing afterwards, which is why a listing can move into either of them without you having changed anything.
Because publication is immediate, check the listing on the portal once you have submitted it. What you typed is what the world sees, straight away.
