Can I manage all my contacts?
Yes. Every buyer, seller, landlord, tenant or owner gets a record that holds several phone numbers and addresses, its history, and its outstanding follow-ups.
Each person gets one record, holding:
- Several phone numbers and postal addresses, because real buyers have them
- Email addresses, and the messaging handles they gave you
- The property enquiries they have made
- Notes and the dated activity trail
- Outstanding follow-ups
Any agent on the account can edit a contact's details, which is what keeps records current. Deleting one takes a manager with the right to delete, and that refusal is enforced on the server rather than by hiding the button.
