Does Keyword Planner show live search volume, competition, or forecasts?

It shows search volume: how many searches on the Housing Market portals matched your location, property type and listing type in the date range you choose, from Yesterday up to the Current year. Counts are cached, so the most recent searches can take several hours to appear.

It does not show competition, bid prices or forecasts.
