How do I check how often people search before I run ads?

• Open the Keyword Planner, from Keyword Planner in the dashboard sidebar or at keywordplanner.housingmarketads.com.
• Under 1. Location, type a city, region or country in Search locations and pick it from the list. You can add more than one.
• Under 2. Property type, tick the types you advertise, such as Condo or House.
• Under 3. Listing type, tick Sale, Rent, Vacation Rentals or Co-Living.
• Under 4. Search range, choose a Date range, such as Last 30 days.
• Read the Keyword preview: the keyword ideas, and the number under them, Searches in selected range.

Use the ideas as the keywords of your campaign, and Reset to start again. Create a Campaign takes you to the dashboard sign-up page.

The count is how many portal searches matched your choices in that period. It shows where demand has been, and it does not promise impressions or clicks.
