How do I import my listings into Housing Market CRM?

In Website Widgets, choose Import listings and pick a spreadsheet, a feed, or your own website (beta). You review the listings first, and they land in My Properties.

In Housing Market CRM, open Website Widgets and choose Import listings. Pick where your listings are now, check what the CRM found, and confirm. You choose from three sources:

  • A spreadsheet: a CSV, TSV or XLSX file. Column headings are recognised in several languages and you confirm which column is which. You can download a template. The Free plan imports a limited number of rows, and Pro allows larger files.
  • A feed (Pro and above): Kyero, Property Finder, Bayut or Dubizzle, a RESO Web API, Zoopla, schema.org JSON-LD, RSS or GeoRSS, or a generic JSON or XML feed. A saved feed can sync again daily or weekly, and a sync never deletes anything.
  • Your own website, the website crawl (beta, Business plan): it reads the listings from a website you have proved is yours. It obeys robots.txt, reads slowly and stops if your website refuses.

You review everything before it is imported. Imported properties land in My Properties as CRM-only: they are not published on a portal unless you choose to publish them and your plan allows it. Photos are copied across, importing again updates a property instead of duplicating it, and nothing is ever deleted.
