How does the Importer add-on work?
It imports properties into the CRM from a CSV file or an XML feed file. Every imported property arrives as a draft, and nothing is published until you publish it.
The Importer is an add-on for 29 USD per month on any plan, including the free one, and is never included in a plan. Add it with Add the Importer in Plan and billing.
- In the sidebar, open My properties and choose Import from file.
- Choose a file: a CSV or tab-separated file, or an XML property feed such as a Kyero feed. Up to 5,000 rows per file.
- Match each field to a column in the file, or choose Not in the file. The title is required.
- Choose Import properties and read the result.
Excel files are not accepted: save the spreadsheet as CSV first. The XML feed is a file you upload, not an address the CRM reads from.
Every imported property is a draft. A publish column in the file is ignored, so nothing reaches a portal until you publish each property yourself from My properties.
