How do I reset my Housing Market CRM password?
Choose Forgot your password? on the log-in page, enter your email address and use the link we send you. The new password works in the CRM and on your portal.
- On dashboard.housingmarketcrm.com/login, choose Forgot your password?.
- Enter the Email address you sign in with and choose Send reset link.
- Open the email "Reset your Housing Market CRM password" and choose Choose a new password.
- Enter a New password of at least eight characters, type it again under Confirm new password, and choose Save new password.
- Choose Sign in and log in with the new password.
The link works once and expires after an hour, and asking for a new one cancels the earlier links. For your privacy the page gives the same answer whether or not the address has an account, so if nothing arrives, check your spam folder and the spelling of the address. After several attempts in a row you are asked to wait a few minutes.
The CRM and your Housing Market portal are one account, so this changes the password for both. The email is written in the language you use the CRM in.
