How much does Housing Market MLS cost?
Nothing for agents, and nothing for developers to join and upload. Developers will pay only for optional outreach campaigns, which are coming soon.
Agents pay nothing to join or to use Housing Market MLS. Developers pay nothing to join, to create projects or to accept buyer registrations from agents.
The only paid part is an optional outreach campaign, which a developer can run to announce a project to the agents of the countries they choose. Campaigns are coming soon and cannot be bought yet. These are the planned prices, paid once per campaign and not as a subscription, in US dollars:
- One country: 199 USD
- Any 3 countries: 499 USD
- Any 6 countries: 899 USD
- All 34 markets: 2,499 USD
Each campaign runs for 30 days. A developer’s own country is priced like any other.
