What is a public project preview?
A short, optional preview of a developer’s project on the Housing Market MLS website: name, country, city, photos and general facts.
A developer can choose to show a preview of a project on the Developer projects page of the Housing Market MLS website. The preview shows the project’s name and country, and then only the extras the developer ticks: city, a short description, photos, and general facts such as the stage, the completion year, the property types and the number of bedrooms.
It never shows the commission offered to agents, price lists, units, floor plans, brochures, buyer registrations or notes, and it shows nothing about the people behind the project. A developer can switch a preview off at any time. Until a developer publishes one, the page simply says there is nothing to show yet.
