What is public on Housing Market MLS, and what stays private?
The website and the developer project previews are public. Commission splits, private notes, buyer registrations and agent ratings never are.
The Housing Market MLS website is public, and so is a developer project preview, but only the name, country, city, photos and general facts that the developer chose to show. Everything else is for members who have signed in.
Commission splits, private notes, buyer registrations and agent ratings are never shown on the website, on the Housing Market portals, in the Housing Market API or on agent websites. Nothing that an agent or developer has not chosen to share is public either.
The only other thing that leaves the members’ area is a cooperating listing sent to a Housing Market Cloud website, and it is sent without any of that information.
