How do I see new developments on a portal?
Choose New developments in the menu. It lists off-plan and newly built projects with availability straight from the developer, and you can ask the developer or request a reservation.
New developments appears in the menu, on the home page and in the footer of a portal that has at least one published project. A portal without one does not show it. The list can be filtered by city, price, bedrooms, completion and type (under construction or completed) and sorted by newest, price or completion date. Each card shows the developer, the starting price, the completion date and how many units are available.
A project page has the photos, a description, the availability by building, floor and unit (Available, Reserved or Sold), the unit types with bedrooms, bathrooms and area, and the floor plans, brochure and other documents the developer added.
Choose Ask the developer to send a question; your name and contact details go to the developer so that they can reply, and Housing Market Group does not email you about it. Where a development takes reservations online, Request a reservation holds an available unit for you while the developer reviews your request. Nothing is paid or signed online.
