What is the Developer Launch Platform?
An application for property developers to launch off-plan projects: floor plans, unit types, price lists, media and a live grid of available, reserved and sold units, with a project page on the country portal.
Each project has a page on the country portal showing which units are available, and enquiries from it arrive as the developer’s leads. The developer’s dashboard shows sales progress, units by status, agent performance and the reservation pipeline.
