Only verified data: the property record, your own listings and the listings published on the Housing Market portals. When it does not know an answer, it says you will confirm and flags the question to you.
It does not invent prices, availability, features or legal and financial facts. Before anything is sent, a draft is checked against that data, and a draft that states something it cannot support is held back.
Guardrails are on by default and can be changed per agent: no legal, tax, mortgage or financial advice, no discriminatory content, no promises about negotiating the price, and complaints go straight to you.
