Project Sales & Inventory is one of the four planned areas of Housing Market Agent. It is being built and cannot be used yet.
It is designed to give development and sales teams one current view of project inventory, tracking each unit as Available, Reserved, On Hold or Sold. The plan covers reservation periods with expiry managed for you, development phases organised with their own pricing, price lists the sales organisation works from, and agent commissions tracked against project sales — so that when several agents sell the same development, everyone works from the same inventory information.
For promoting a development today, Developer Showcase presents a project with richer information and greater visibility inside a portal, and Housing Market Ads reaches shoppers across the network.
