What is Housing Market One?
A planned single dashboard for a real estate business — listings, contacts, email, marketing and market data behind one login. It is not open for sign-up.
Housing Market One is designed to put everything a real estate business runs on behind one login: listings, contacts, email, WhatsApp, marketing and market data in a single dashboard, connected straight to the Housing Market portals.
The problem it is aimed at is the one most agents recognise — listings in one system, contacts in another, enquiries in an inbox nobody else can see, and market data in a browser tab you forgot to open.
Properties would come in however you already work: uploaded directly, through an XML feed, or through the Housing Market API with your fields mapped once. Enquiries from the portals land in the dashboard, and in a brokerage they route to the right agent rather than sitting in one person's mailbox.
