What is the Viewing Scheduler?
A planned Housing Market Agent feature that would let buyers book a viewing from the listing. It is not built.
Viewing Scheduler is one of the four planned areas of Housing Market Agent. It is being built and cannot be used yet.
It is designed to let buyers book available viewing times directly from your property listings: you connect your calendar, define your availability, and the booking workflow is handled for you. The design includes phone verification to improve booking quality, travel buffers so a day of viewings is realistic, automatic reminders to reduce missed appointments, post-viewing feedback to help identify serious prospects, and confirmed buyers flowing into your CRM.
Buyers can already book a viewing online today, on the portal listings of agents who take bookings through Housing Market CRM — see "How do buyers book a viewing today?".
