A property shopper sends an enquiry from the listing, and the responsible agent, developer or owner arranges the viewing with them directly. Housing Market Group does not arrange viewings itself.
Viewing Scheduler is a planned part of Housing Market Agent and is not available. Until it is, the enquiry is the booking mechanism — which is a good argument for answering enquiries quickly and keeping them in Housing Market CRM rather than an inbox.
