Insights data belongs to the Advanced tier of the Housing Market API. It starts with Housing Market Group’s own aggregated data, such as search demand and listing statistics. The API reference lists the Insights data your key can read.
Figures from outside sources are added to the API one source at a time, and only when that source’s terms clearly allow commercial redistribution. Being shown on the website, where reuse with attribution is enough, does not by itself put a source’s figures in the API.
As on the website, the API carries aggregated statistics only.
