Where do the figures on Housing Market Insights come from?
From the organisations that publish them, such as statistics offices, central banks and land registries, and from aggregated data on Housing Market Group’s own platforms. Every figure names and links its source.
The market pages on housingmarketinsights.com show housing figures for each country: prices, transactions, interest rates, rents and housing supply. Each one was published by an organisation such as a national statistics office, a central bank, a land registry or a government ministry, or by an international body such as the World Bank, the IMF, the OECD, Eurostat or the Bank for International Settlements.
Next to every figure you see the name of the organisation that published it, a link to that organisation and a link to the page or file the figure was read from, so you can check it at the source.
Some figures, such as property search demand and listing counts, come from Housing Market Group’s own platforms. They are labelled as Housing Market Group platform data and are aggregated statistics only.
The market pages and the articles can be read without an account.
