Can I add my properties?

Yes, one at a time. Under Listings on your organisation, choose Photographs to open your listings, then Add a listing, and fill the property in yourself. Syncing your listings from a Housing Market portal, and importing them from a spreadsheet, are still being built, so a large portfolio has to be typed in for now.

To add a property and its photographs:

• Under Listings, choose Photographs, then Add a listing. Fill in the Title, the Description, whether it is for buying or renting, the kind of property, the Price, its size and its address, and press Save.
• Choose Photographs beside the listing, then Add photographs, and pick JPEG, PNG or WebP files. A file that is too large is refused, so choose a smaller one.
• The first photograph is the Cover photograph. Use Move up and Move down to put the one you want first, and fill in Describe this photograph for each one.
• Press Save, then Publish when the listing is ready for visitors.

A photograph is shown to visitors once its listing is published.

Cloud Free publishes up to 20 properties at a time; Cloud Pro and Cloud Business have no limit. The Listings screen also shows a Housing Market portals panel, which says the portals cannot be reached from this system yet, because syncing from them is still being built.
