Can I export a report out of Housing Market Insights?
You can download a finished report as a PDF and publish a guide as a link, both on Insights Pro. There is no raw data export.
You can take a finished piece of work out of Insights in two forms, both on Insights Pro:
- A PDF of the client-ready report, carrying your name and branding. Build the report in Content studio, save it, then download it.
- A published guide link, which a client opens in a browser without an account.
What is not available
There is no spreadsheet or raw data export, and no data API for Insights. If your plan depends on pulling the underlying figures into another system, that is not something Insights does today — say so to our team before you build a process around it.
The Housing Market API is a separate product for property listings. It does not serve Insights research.
When you quote figures elsewhere
Every piece of published evidence names its publisher, its source document and its date. If you lift a figure into your own presentation, carry the attribution with it. That is what makes it checkable, and it is the whole reason the research is assembled this way.
