Can I share a market report with a client?

Yes, on Insights Pro — as a public link the client opens without signing in, or as a PDF you send yourself.

Yes, two ways, and both are part of Insights Pro. Save the guide first — you can only share a guide that has been saved.

As a public link

  • Open Share & publish with the saved guide selected.
  • Confirm that the guide may become public. The confirmation is deliberate; publishing is never a side effect of another action.
  • Publish. You get a link your client opens without an account and without signing in.
  • The link expires by itself after 30 days, and the page shows you the expiry date.
  • You can withdraw the link at any time before then. Withdrawing takes effect immediately — the page is not cached anywhere that could keep serving it.

As a PDF

Download the finished report and send it however you normally send documents. This is the better route when a client's organisation blocks external links, or when the document has to be filed somewhere.

Two cautions

A shared link is a link. Anyone holding it can open it until it expires or you withdraw it, so treat it the way you would any unlisted URL and do not put anything in a guide you would not want forwarded.

If a client submits their details through the shared page, you are collecting personal data and the usual obligations apply: tell them what you will use it for, and do not repurpose it for unrelated marketing.

On the free plan a guide can be built and saved, but not published or downloaded.
