What are public share pages?

A public share page is a guide published to a link a client can open without an account. It is part of Insights Pro and it works today.

Public share pages are an Insights Pro capability that lets professionals turn useful local market information into branded content shared with potential clients. They are available now.

For example, an agent can create a Bangkok property market guide and publish it to a link that buyers open in a browser, with no account and no sign-in.

A share page combines:

  • Market information
  • Agent or brokerage branding
  • Local expertise
  • Source information
  • Calls to action
  • Consent-based lead capture

How the link behaves

  • Publishing is never automatic. You confirm that the guide may become public before a link is created.
  • The link expires by itself after 30 days, and the page shows you the expiry date.
  • You can withdraw it at any time before then, and withdrawing takes effect immediately.
  • Until it expires or is withdrawn, anyone holding the link can open it. Treat it as you would any unlisted address.

This connects market research to lead generation: enquiries sent through the page arrive privately in the Leads section of the account that published the guide, with the date consent was given recorded against each one.
