Can my whole team use it?

Not yet. A Housing Market Cloud account holds one person today, so a brokerage can publish a site but cannot yet have several people working on it. Your organisation already shows Offices and Team lists, and roles of owner, office manager and agent, but nothing in the console adds a person to them yet.

What is being built for teams, and belongs to Cloud Business as each part arrives:

• Adding more people to an account, with roles.
• Agent profile pages, and a directory of the people in the business.
• Office pages for each location you work from.
• Routing an enquiry to the right person rather than to the account.

None of that is available today. The editor already offers a Team section, but it shows nothing on your published website yet, because it reads your agents from Housing Market CRM and that connection is still being built. If a team is what you need, a Cloud site is still useful as the company website — the limitation is on who can edit it, not on what it can say.
