How do I schedule many posts at once with a CSV file?
Under Bulk upload, download the template, fill in one row for each post, save it as CSV and check it. Social shows what is ready and what to fix, and writes nothing until you say so.
Open Bulk upload and choose Download the template. Fill in one row for each post. The columns are text, datetime (for example 2026-11-10 09:30, in your time zone), timezone, accounts (names, networks or ids separated by a vertical bar), media (links separated by a vertical bar), link_domain and link_path, listing_id and listing_domain, and tone. A file can have up to 500 rows.
Save the file as CSV, choose it (or paste its text) and choose Check the file. Social checks every row and shows how many are ready, how many have problems and why, and how many were already scheduled from the same file. A row can be refused, for example, because no account of yours has that name, the date and time cannot be read, or a network would refuse the post.
Nothing is made until you choose Schedule the posts. Rows with problems are left out, and you can fix them and upload the file again. Uploading the same file again makes nothing twice. Scheduling needs an active subscription.
Evergreen lists, which repeat posts on a schedule, are a different tool; see "What are evergreen lists and bulk upload in Housing Market Social?".
