How do WordPress enquiries reach my CRM?
The plugin’s own enquiry form, and the form plugins you switch on, send each enquiry to the CRM as a lead linked to the property, with the source “WordPress plugin”.
Every enquiry becomes a lead in your CRM, linked to the property, with the source “WordPress plugin” and the address of your website. This works with the plugin’s built-in enquiry form, and with Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms and Elementor Forms once you switch each one on under WP Connect, then Forms.
If the CRM cannot be reached at that moment, the enquiry is queued and sent again, so it is not lost. Spam protection includes a hidden field, a minimum time to fill in the form and a rate limit, and you can add Turnstile or reCAPTCHA in Settings.
To follow up, open Leads in the CRM. The plugin also has an optional pixel for Housing Market Ads retargeting. It is off by default and works only with a visitor’s consent.
