How does listing sharing between agents work?

Invite an agent you trust, agree a commission split and share your live listings, and they share theirs with you. The CRM records which link brought which buyer. It is part of the Pro plan.

Under Marketing, choose Listing sharing. Invite an agent by the email address she registered with, say what percent of the listing agent's commission goes to the agent whose link brings the buyer, and add a line for her if you like. The split is fixed in the invitation. To change it, end the partnership and invite again. She can accept or decline, and the invitation expires if she does not answer.

With an active partner you can share one of your live listings after you tick that you have the right to share it and that the owner agreed. The partner gets a tracked link for it. Anyone who enquires within 30 days of using that link, on the same device, is credited to the sharing agent. The buyer stays the listing agent's. Choose Stop sharing to withdraw a listing.

When a deal closes, record the commission and its currency on the lead. The deal then shows the agreed split as Split due, Marked as paid by the listing agent, Settled or Waived.

This is a record of what the two of you agreed. Housing Market does not calculate, collect or pay commission, is not a party to the agreement and is not responsible for it.
