How much does Housing Market Cloud cost?

Cloud Free costs nothing and is the plan every new account starts on. Cloud Pro is aimed at professional individual agents, and Cloud Business at agencies, brokerages and teams.

Every Housing Market Cloud account starts on Free, and Cloud Pro and Cloud Business are paid plans. The owner of an account moves up in the console: your organisation shows its plan, and under Billing you choose Upgrade beside the plan you want. You pay by card on our payment provider's page, the card details never reach us, and the new plan takes effect as soon as your bank confirms the payment. A paying owner changes the card, reads invoices or ends the plan with Manage billing, in the same place.

Cloud Free covers one person and up to 20 published properties, with a small Built with Housing Market Cloud line on the published pages. Nothing in Cloud Free limits how many websites an account may have. Your organisation shows its plan and what it allows. What each paid plan adds is listed on the pricing page.
