How do I upgrade, add users or cancel?
In Plan and billing: choose Move to Pro or Move to Business, Change users on Business, Add the Importer, and Manage billing to change your card or cancel.
On a computer, choose Settings (the gear) at the top of the screen and then Plan and billing. Only the account owner can buy or change anything; colleagues on a Business account see that the account is billed through the owner.
Moving to Pro or Business
Under Plans, choose Move to Pro (29 USD per month) or Move to Business (99 USD per month) and pay in the Stripe checkout. You come back to Plan and billing, which shows your new plan. Prices are in US dollars everywhere.
Users on Business
Business includes up to 10 users. To add more, choose Change users and set the total; each additional user is 5 USD per month, charged or credited pro rata on the next invoice. You cannot go below the users you have plus the ones you have invited.
The Importer add-on
Choose Add the Importer to add property import for 29 USD per month, on any plan.
Changing your card, invoices and cancelling
Choose Manage billing. It opens Stripe's billing page, where you can change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel, and then brings you back. When a paid plan ends, the account returns to the free plan: nothing is deleted and the core CRM keeps working. Cancelling the Importer turns off only the Importer.
