How many units can I manage, and what do the unit packs cost?

Pro and Business both include 10 managed units. Larger packs are published at 29 USD for 50 units, 49 USD for 100, and 99 USD for unlimited, each per month — and a pack replaces the allowance your plan includes rather than adding to it. They cannot be bought online yet.

Property management is sold by the number of homes you look after rather than by the number of people in your office. Pro and Business both include 10 managed units — the same figure on both, deliberately, because the plan you are on decides how many colleagues you have and not how large your portfolio is. It is never part of the free plan.

What the packs are

  • 29 USD per month — 50 units.
  • 49 USD per month — 100 units.
  • 99 USD per month — unlimited units.

A pack REPLACES the units your plan includes rather than adding to them. The 50-unit pack means 50 units in total, not 50 plus the included 10. The pack names the size of the whole account, which is how the figures above read on their own.

A pack is a monthly add-on bought on top of Pro or Business and included in neither, and it needs one of those plans running first. Prices are USD, in every market — nothing in Housing Market Group is priced in a local currency or on what you transact.

How the allowance is counted

Only units you are actively managing count. Archiving a unit gives its place back, so you never need to destroy a record to make room — and restoring one takes a place again, which is why a restore can be refused when an account is full. The counter above the register shows how much of the allowance is in use, and the server refuses the next unit at the same number the screen shows, so the screen cannot promise room the account has not got.

When you are full, the CRM says which of the two things is wrong: your plan does not include property management, or your plan is right and your account is full. If you have moved down to a plan that does not include the module, nothing is deleted — the units stay exactly as they are and become unreachable until the plan is back.

The packs cannot be bought online yet

The prices above are approved and published, and the purchase is built, but no payment has been set up for them on any account — so the three packs are shown on the screen with the buttons switched off and a line saying so. If you manage more homes than your allowance, contact support and a pack can be added to your account by hand; do not wait for a checkout that is not there yet.

See "What is Property management in the CRM?" for what a managed unit is, and "Does Housing Market collect rent from my tenants?" for what the module deliberately does not do with money.
