No. Housing Market Social is not included in Free, Pro or Business, and no plan makes it cheaper: it is 19 USD per month for one person on any of them. A Free account can add it, and an agent with a portal account and no CRM account can buy and use it as well.
Whether or not you have Social, anyone can share a listing from its page with the share buttons on the portal. A post made that way says it was shared by that country’s Housing Market, and the address it shares carries a tag so that visits coming from shares can be counted. Those buttons stay free.
