How do I make a listing flyer with a QR code?
Open one of your live listings in the CRM and choose Create a flyer. Print it or save it as a PDF; its QR code opens the listing on its portal.
Create a flyer is on every listing that is published on a portal. It opens a printable A4 page with the photo, the title and location, the price, the bedrooms, bathrooms and area, your name and details, and a QR code. Choose the language of the buyers the flyer is for, and the words on the sheet are printed in that language.
Choose Print or save as PDF, and in the print window choose Save as PDF to keep a file. The flyer is drawn from the listing each time, so a changed price shows on the next print.
The QR code carries the listing’s own portal address. Scans are counted as visits to the listing, and the page shows how many people scanned. An enquiry made within 30 days of a scan, on the same device, is marked with the source Listing flyer. A listing has one flyer, so the code stays the same across prints.
A flyer needs a live listing of your own. A draft, a colleague’s listing or a property that exists only in your CRM cannot have one. The flyer is part of every plan, Free included.
