What does the dashboard show?
The overview dashboard shows how your account is doing over the last 7, 30 or 90 days — enquiries, leads, listing views and what needs you next — each compared with the period before. It is free.
The dashboard is the first screen after you log in. Choose the last 7, 30 or 90 days and it shows how your account did in that time, with each figure compared with the period before, so you can see at a glance whether things are moving up or down.
- Enquiries on your portal listings, and the leads they became
- Views of your listings
- The viewings and follow-ups due in the next seven days
- On Pro and Business, response times, deals and campaign results — on the free plan those sections show what they would add
The figures come from the portal as well as from the CRM, so an agent who works enquiries on the portal still sees real numbers rather than a page of zeros. Each enquiry is counted once. On Business, managers and administrators can switch between their own figures and the team's.
