Through the conversation it records the budget, timeline, purpose, financing status, preferred areas and property type on the lead, keeps a short summary and score up to date, suggests other matching listings, offers viewing times from your availability, follows up when a lead goes quiet and moves the lead between your existing pipeline stages. Every action is logged on the lead with the time and the reason.
It works on leads in markets where replies to your emails can be captured in the CRM; where that is not yet the case, the lead file says so.
