Why are there at most 5 Premier Agents per property?

So that a lead stays worth answering, at most 5 Premier Agents with radius areas can cover any one property. A placement that would put more than 5 on any property is refused, and the check is made again at the moment you pay, so two agents cannot take the last place at once.

The map marks the spots that are already full. A full area cannot be reserved: move the pin or make the circle smaller. Agents with a city subscription bought on the portals do not count towards the 5.
