Who is Housing Market CRM designed for?
Anyone who holds an agent account on a Housing Market Group portal — agents, agencies and brokerages, developers' sales teams and property managers.
The CRM signs you in against your portal agent account and nothing else, so the practical answer to "is this for me" is "do you list property on one of the portals". If you do, it is:
- Real estate agents working on their own
- Agencies and brokerages with several agents on one account
- Property developers and new-project sales teams
- Property managers listing rentals
It is not for people who have no listings on the network. Mortgage brokers, insurance agents and private owners selling their own home without an agent cannot open an agent account, so they have nothing for the CRM to work on — the whole argument of the product is that your portal enquiries are already inside it.
