Why is my Website Widget not showing?
Usually the website is not in your allowed websites, the widget is paused or still a draft, no property is switched on, or something on the page blocks the script.
- Nothing appears: open Website Widgets and check that your website is listed under Websites, and that the widget is published, not paused or a draft.
- The widget is there but empty: no property is switched on. In My Properties, open a property and tick Show on my website under On your website. Properties published on a portal show automatically.
- It works in some places only: an ad blocker, or a cookie tool that blocks scripts until a visitor agrees, may be stopping it. Allow the widget’s script address, which the CRM shows with the snippet.
- It works in a preview but not on your website: your website may have a content security policy. Allow the widget’s address for scripts, connections and images, and for frames if you use the iframe snippet.
- It does not show in your page editor: some builders, such as Wix, do not show embedded code in the editor. Check the published page.
If the text looks different from your website, set the font to Use my website’s font in the Design tab of the widget. If it opens too small inside an embed frame, give the element more height or open the property on the Housing Market portal.
