Can I edit or remove a listing?

Yes. Open Properties in your dashboard, find the listing (you can search by title, location, zip code or listing ID), and open its Action menu.

• Edit opens the listing form with everything you saved, including the pin on the map.
• Delete takes the listing down.
• Feature this property, on published listings, buys a paid placement.

A listing you have taken down leaves the portal straight away. It stops appearing in search results, on your agent page and in the count of your listings, and it stops being offered to anyone browsing.

Its own address does not simply disappear, because links outlive listings: somebody has bookmarked it, or shared it in an email, or a search engine still has it. Anyone who opens that address now reads “This property is no longer listed”, with a line saying it may have been sold or rented or taken off the market, and a Browse properties button to carry on looking. The page also answers as not found, so search engines drop it rather than keeping the old advert in their results.

Keep prices and availability current, so shoppers see accurate information.
