Can I remind a tenant about rent or send a work order to a contractor?
Yes, where your account has them: Remind tenant on a rent charge, and Send work order on a maintenance request. Each is sent by a person in your agency, never automatically.
Remind tenant emails the tenant from your agency that your records show an amount as not yet received, and to ignore the message if it has been paid. A charge can be reminded about at most once every few days, and each reminder is recorded.
Send work order emails the contractor the request, its priority, the unit’s address and your agency’s contact details. It carries no amount: Manager never handles payments.
