Can I see my portal listings in the CRM?

Yes. My properties shows your listings that are already on the portal, under On the portals, with their views, enquiries and saves. They are read-only in the CRM: change them on the portal.

Open My properties in the left menu. The properties you keep in the CRM come first. Below them, under On the portals, are your listings that are already on a portal, each marked Portal listing with its status there: Draft, Waiting for review, Live or Rejected.

The figures

  • Views — all the views the listing has had on the portal.
  • Enquiries — all the enquiries about it.
  • Saved now — how many shortlists it is on at the moment, so this figure can go down.

Each card also compares the listing's views with the average of the listings on the screen.

Changing a listing

The portal is the source of truth for these listings, so the CRM shows them without changing them. Choose Edit on the portal to change one, or View on the portal to see it as buyers do. A listing that comes from a partner property feed can never be edited in the CRM, because the feed rewrites it on every import; change it at the source.

Your agency's listings

Choose My agency to see every portal listing your agency owns, yours and your colleagues', with the same figures; Mine takes you back to your own. Your agency is your office in the CRM: the colleagues who have a seat on your account.
