Do I need a separate account for each Housing Market product?
Not for the CRM — it uses your portal agent account. Advertising and API access are set up separately.
It depends on the product:
- The portals and Housing Market CRM share one account. If you already have an agent account on any Housing Market Group portal, you sign in to the CRM with the same username and password, and CRM access is enabled automatically when the account is created.
- Housing Market Ads uses an advertiser account of its own, with the business, contact and payment details a campaign needs.
- Housing Market Insights can be used for research without an account; you can create one for account-based functionality.
- The Housing Market API is not self-service. Access is granted after a technical review, with an API key and registered server IP rather than a sign-up form.
If you are not sure which account you already have, start from the portal for your country — that is the one most other things hang off.
