How do auto-post rules work in Housing Market Social?

Choose what posts itself when one of your listings goes live, drops in price, is sold or is rented. You switch each rule on or off for each account.

Under Auto-post, choose an event and an account and switch the rule on. When the event happens to one of your listings, Social makes a post from the listing and either schedules it or saves it as a draft for you to look at first, as you choose.

  • Delay: the time, in minutes, to change your mind before it goes out.
  • Smallest price drop, in percent: smaller drops are ignored.
  • Quiet hours: a post due at night goes out when they end.
  • Use the account’s queue: the post takes the next free time in the queue instead of a delay.
  • Language: leave the default to write in the account’s language.

A rule posts only about listings that are live on your portal, and a post about a sold listing does not show the price. A list of what happened lately shows each post made, each draft and each time nothing was posted, with the reason.
